Slouching in a standard office chair is only too easy because many people do not use the lumbar support backrest when working at a computer. This causes the pelvis to rotate backwards, placing the outgoing nerves from the spine under unusual compression leading to pain.

This simple padded strap is placed in the small of the back at the top of the pelvic bone and the strap is placed around the knees when working at the computer. Adjust to comfortable position. Distance between knees adjusts the back pressure. No rigid bar behind the back pad was necessary.

Very successful – would make a good product. Prototype in my study. No commercial version made but a few sketches were sent to various people.
