Sir Roy Grounds, architect of the Academy of Science in Canberra asked me if I would design some internal light fittings which were used throughout the offices, Fellows Room etc.
They were spun in aluminium and adjustable for angle.
The above was a sample light given to me many years later by the Academy Secretary.
Similar lights were used throughout Bruce Hall study bedrooms , Common Rooms etc. in 1960
